“Amazing place set in the peaceful town of Grottaferrato.”
We have stayed here before and knew what we were coming to and would return again! This is by far the best villa within the country houses as it has its own sun terrace and overlooks the swimming pool. Lovely and quiet as well

“Comfortable stay close to Frascati and Grottaferrata”
We can reiterate all the positive comments. Friendly communication on our arrival. Yes, it was a little walk with steps to the apartment, but it was absolutely worth it. Spacious two rooms, with fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and comfortable bed. Free tea, coffee, snacks and wine and homemade olive oil made our short stay perfect. We will for sure return.

“Amazing place to stay, felt very welcome and safe the whole time.”
It was very beautiful, the A/C was very good, we felt safe the whole time. The pool area was clean with great sun beds with toilets and showers right by it so you never had to go back to your apartment. The onsite host was very welcoming and replied to texts very quickly if we ever had a question. Was given some complementary wine that was delicious and a great touch for our welcome. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful location and setting. We were surrounded by nature and it was lovely and quiet. The pool made it extra special and our apartment was lovely. We especially enjoyed our hosts leaving us wine, food and coffee.

“Spacious, friendly, great location”
We had a wonderful stay at Frascati Country House. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect – peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still very close to Rome. It’s also conveniently located between two towns, just a few minutes by car, where you can find plenty of nice restaurants. The hosts were warm and welcoming, which made us feel right at home.

“We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in a peaceful bungalow surrounded by greenery and privacy.”
What we liked most was the individual bungalow, which offered a lot of privacy as it was separated from the others. It was surrounded by trees and a lot of greenery, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing. The private garden with a table, chairs, and barbecue facilities was a great bonus – it made the space feel very comfortable and ideal for outdoor meals.

“Lovely stay.”
Really lovely property. Hosts were great! Location is lovely but a half hour walk into Frascati. Would recommend if you're looking for a relaxed holiday in Italy. There are trains that run to and from Rome - I believe one every hour.

“Lovely place to stay”
Such a beautiful place to stay! The facilities are second to none and the rooms are spacious. There is everything that you need in the mini villas and a private outside space. The hotel is set up like villas rather than a hotel, so just something to bear in mind.

“Friendly & Family treatment”
We arrived at 9:00 pm. With no late check-in fees. They treated us as if we were home. Very supportive, generous (offered 2 imasing wine bottles from the farm production) before leaving they ensured that we are satisfied and gave us grapes from the farm. The first morning, they explained the grapes' farming and offered us to test their wine. The space is perfect and fully equipped .

“very charming place and friendly staff”
Everything, the Appartment we had was spotless clean, great facilities e.g bathroom and kitchen. pool was wonderful. Fernando the housekeeper was very friendly and helped us with the luggage and was always available for questions. we will definitely come back!
