Friendly staff, lovely pool and great breakfast 👍 we went for the Friday party at gros islet. The hotel arranged a taxi and we had a great time. The next day we went up to smugglers cove which was stunning.

Our room was ok although for the price I think we would have expected a little more comfort. The balcony area and swim up pool didn’t work that well because it was in shade so our expectation to sunbathe and swim from our own room couldn’t happen. If we wanted to be in the sun we had to use the sunbeds across from our room by going out and round. That part of the pool however was quiet to swim in , although again because of poorly sited ladder access and no step access you had to go a long way round over rough ground to get in or out of it from the sunbeds in the sun so again not up to the standard of what we paid. Those sunbeds were not as nice as the sunbeds around the bigger pool and need upgrading if guests in the more expensive rooms are supposed to use those to sit in the sun.

Actual bedroom areas were amazing bright and clean. Staff were so so professional and friendly.

Room was superb, large, very clean, stylish and furnished comfortably. Lovely patio doors out to back garden which was quiet. Reception area is very impressive. Large pool with lovely seating area around it with pretty gardens. Restaurant and Bar were really nice with great atmosphere. Great choice for buffet breakfast. Excellant tour arranged by concierge. All round great service. Easy access to beach, Bars and restaurants.

In general everything went well. Breakfast might be better. The gym is good. The beach is about two blocks away and is nice.

The restaurant offered a good selection of tasty dishes for lunch and dinner and the bar had a very wide selection of drinks. Prices for both were very reasonable. We liked the fact that the hotel was popular with St Lucians, many of whom chose the hotel for birthdays and other celebrations. The atmosphere was also very relaxed.

Breakfast had a great selection of choice, staff were friendly and provided everything needed. The rooms had everything that was needed, and were clean and spacious. We loved the fact that it was a walk to the beach.
