“shocking & avoid the place”

Nothing - we had the change our reservation there and thank god it was only for 1 night. After the guy at check-in had spoken to the reservations team I was told we would get a refund for the unused nights - I am still waiting!!

Very good breakfast, helpful and happy staff. Shuttle bus between sister hotels, town and beach. Spacious rooms, good pool area, lovely little souvenir shop

Very friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of variety. Good sized, clean and functional room with nice views (top floor). Great location for Rodney Bay marina.

There was loud music by the pool from 4pm to 10pm. This cannot be acceptable if we would like to rest.

Good location for the marina

There was a shuttle bus that took you to the beach and other hotels which made it tolerable.

The room was nicely set out. The TV worked well enough and the desk was just about suitable to work form. Almost all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening meal included were both good.

Friday night street party is a must absolutely mad loved it coming back for it again Also resort 6 hour 2 for 1 happy hour..rum punch..

Room facility is fine, location is relatively convenient, shuttle service is good.
