Our stay at Villa Luksa was fantastic! The location is spot-on – just 20 minutes from Umag, which is on the coast and perfect for a quick trip to the sea, 15 minutes from Motovun, and only a few minutes from the beautiful old town of Grožnjan. It's also close to a scenic bike trail (Parenzana), which is a big plus for those who love to explore the area on two wheels. The villa is in a peaceful, quiet setting – ideal for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the gorgeous outdoor space: beautifully maintained, with a pool and plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the nature around you. If you're looking for a mix of tranquility, great location, and outdoor comfort, Villa Luksa is a great choice. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful house, nice accomodation with all equipment needed. Host was super nice, very kind and accommodating. Great place to stay, definitely recommend.
