Overview
This family run property is situated on the edge of the historic centre of the medieval town of Grožnjan. Its 3 sides are surrounded by picturesque private park, full of fruit and olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Some units come with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Guests are free to try the naturally grown fruits and homemade extra virgin olive oil. Guests of all apartments have their own part of the park equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs for a quiet holiday in a fantastical nature. Set in among cultural monuments, opposite the church, the apartments feature authentic stone walls, a fully equipped kitchenette with a toaster, a stove and a refrigerator. Satellite TV, a seating area and a sofa bed are provided as well. Electric heating is available. Hiking and cycling opportunities are provided in the ambience of historic towns and archaeological heritage sites. Grožnjan is located at 290 metres above sea level. The Adriatic Sea is only 12 km away. Guests can explore the historic centre of Grožnjan with its many Art Galleries. During summer classical music and jazz concerts are held in this town. Several rustic restaurants offering homemade traditional food and quality wines can be found in the town centre and its surroundings. Free public parking is available 20 metres from Apartments Villa San Vito.

The apartment had a perfect location, right in the center of beautiful Grožnjan. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and cozy - perfect for a weekend getaway. The host was great, answering our messages quickly and greeting us even though we were a bit late.

“great apartment with a view on the edge of the old town walls”
Loved everything about this place! it's in a beautiful old restored building, right on the edge of the old town. There's a small patio right outside the door, with great views, and it has a huge garden area full of fruit trees and a few benches to sit on. Very quiet. We were able to keep our two e bikes safely in the garden overnight. The kitchen is well equipped, and came with a Nespresso type coffee maker with lots of coffee pods, and also a kettle. There's a small bakery about 50 feet from the door (closed Sunday so plan accordingly). The hosts were friendly, response, and had lots of information. Thank you for the welcome gift! we enjoyed it after a long day on our bikes :)

“Excellent worth using this as headquarters for exploring the area.”
Perfect location right opposite the church. Newly refurbished apartment all amenities in pristine condition. Access to large garden behind the apartment. Owners very helpful. Park in a blue space before reaching the barrier into town. Telephone owner and walk to meet outside the church. You will then be given cards to open barrier to the town and drive in to the large courtyard opposite the church, offload luggage in front of stairs to the apartment, then drive to the parking area just outside the barrier to the town. Just before reaching barriers there are poles with scanner to read the card and open the barrier. Sounds more complicated than it is.

Everything was great! The host even sent me back something I have left in the studio apartment so I am truly greatful. Some minor things that we didn't like about the studio are really not important. We recommend it :)

“Great location, but be prepared to pay in cash on arrival”
The location is perfect - right in the centre but in a hidden inner street, so nicely quiet. Nice terrace, garden and surroundings. We got a free parking spot.
