Excellent location to the village and has parking. The host was very welcoming and even gave us some milk as local shop closed on Sundays. Adequate kitchen, good size rooms. Having heat pump was good as it was quite cool in the evening.

The host was very flexible and helpful. I arrived quite late, but he was waiting for me with the keys and a smile. The room was warm and smelled fresh and clean. The view from the house is superb; unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it from my room as it was in the attic and only had a small side window. That said, the room was still very charming, with beautiful wooden beams across the ceiling. I arrived when it was quite windy and a bit cold, so I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy the garden, which looked charming and full of lovely details.

Apartment close to the centre, because the whole village is very small and even from the outskirts was close. Good sized bathroom, kitchen with basic essentials and milk to use.

We absolutely loved our stay in Groznjan. What a beautiful place. Mr. Željko was an amazing host. He gave us welcome drinks and really looked after us. The apartment was perfect. Great location and within easy walking distance to the town.

Apartment is very close to the centre of Grožnjan. It's taken care of storing your bikes during your stay. Mr. Željko gave as a pleasant welcome at the arrival. He even prepared small breakfast for us. Apartment is very clean and cosy. It's definitely not the last time we visit Grožnjan and Apartments Smile. Would 100% reccomend. 👌

The location was very good, at the main entrance of Grisignana, in front of the sunset. There is a small kitchen so you can eat at home, good because in low season there weren't open restaurants .
