Overview
Built in typical Alpine style, the Naturfreunde Hostel Grindelwald provides panoramic views of the Eiger and Wetterhorn mountains. It offers a large garden and free use of the internet terminal. In the garden there are sun loungers. There is a shared kitchen or BBQ grill, additional charges apply. Shared showers and toilets are located on each floor and fifteen parking spaces are available on site (additional charges apply). You can choose between private rooms and single beds in a dormitory. Bed linen is provided. Showers and toilets are located on every floor (basement, 1st and 2nd floor). A washing machine and a dryer are available as well. Laundry service can be arranged on request for a surcharge. The Naturfreunde Hostel Grindelwald enjoys an elevated position on the edge of Grindelwald. Showers and toilets are located on every floor. The hostel kindly asks you to bring your own hair / body shampoo as well as towels. Alternatively those items can be purchased / rented at the reception on charge.

The property was set in the most beautiful location with breathtaking views all around . The property had a shared kitchen which was really convenient and an amazing selection for breakfast . Honestly such a special place couldn’t recommend enough !

“I want to come back again”
A magnificent view, breakfast with fresh fruit, cheeses, and cold meats. Juices, yogurts, and granola are available. This is the kind of place that puts you in a positive mood. The resident four-legged worker, Remy, also lifts your spirits. The showers are clean and new. The bed linens are fresh.The mattress is excellent, my back doesn't hurt, I can sleep well

Garden..such a great place to sit and enjoy spectecular views..and the breakfast..cant find such a good breakfast in many city hotels, nevermind the hostels..

“A good stay in a scenic place”
It’s a typical (youth)hostel, compact and functional. It’s also situated in a scenic spot. Staff are friendly and cordial. A decent breakfast goes with the stay.

Breakfast was fabulous with a good choice of cold buffet continental style 👍🏻 The location was perfect for cable car and bus service outside the front door.

We loved the tradutional chalet style if this accommodation.We liked the location, just a short bus ride away from central Grindlewald and close ti the Bodmi arena fir beginners abd tabboggoning fun.The staff looked after us well.Soecial mention to Henri-thank you. The foid was great too.Hope we can return one day.

Place is up on a hill, but bus goes from station frequently and stops right outside the door. Very picturesque location, well organised house, clean and have very cute and friendly resident dog
