“Incredible location and fantastic staff”
Absolutely fantastic location, the staff are more than helpful and are very kind and informative, probably the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. The breakfast is great, the fact they have a focus on the produce being from Grindelwald itself is a great selling point. and being able to eat it on their terrace is an unforgettable experience. The terrace is large and has the most beautiful unforgettable view. The rooms are very traditional and it heightens the Swiss Alpine experience. When I visit Grindelwald again I will always use this hotel to stay at, I think it’s tremendous value for what it offers.

“Views are amazing!!”
The Portuguese lady at reception was so helpful and friendly! The view from the room was amazing well worth the money. Had everything you’d need, even has pool table. Bus stop is very near, there is a bit of a hill to the hotel but well worth it for the views.

The breakfast was simple and good, typical Swiss style. Location of the hotel is great too and the balcony offers a good view of the mountains.

Stunning views. Breakfast was OK: nothing exceptional but good quality all around. Room was "spartan". Lack of sufficient electrical outlets. Tiny bathroom. Mattress was good but not enough pillows. Limited reception hours.

The views and location were fabulous, the balcony and room were great and had a bath although a little dated. The manager I think was very helpful and friendly.
