Only 1.5 km from the ski lifts, this youth hostel is located in Grindelwald. The sun terrace and the lovely breakfast room have beautiful views of the Bernese Alps. Packed lunches are available. Hostel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and there was plenty of food. The view of the Eiger was amazing out our dorm room window.

“My room mates were really pleasant and I believe that you will meet the best people here”
There were free breakfast provided and the showers and room were really clean. There was a terrace that connect to all the rooms as well which was really nice if you have friends staying in different rooms. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us info like bus times. One staff member told us about the new Glacier Canyon visitors’ centre, that had just opened , which was excellent. The food was delicious and evening meals very cheap. The views are fantastic.

Was clean, fresh breakfast. I was in the second house was well kept and also rather new. Staff very friendly. Sufficient hangout areas, fridge at customer disposal, drinks and snacks available.
