“For the amount of money paid...not convincing”
The location of the property is ideal for quick access to the Firstbahn. However, this is definitely NOT a ski-in ski-out facility. You just have to walk less to the gondola lift, but you queue up like everyone else who simply comes by bus. Extra credit to the super friendly young ladies at the reception. Good wifi. Spotlessly clean. Renovated kitchen with good variety of ustensils.

Incredibly disappointed is an understatement! Paid $750 per night 22 to 26 Dec) family of four. First night no heating (rectified next day). It was extremely cold (blizzard snowy conditions). No hot water on and off during our stay. Attempted on numerous occasions to address and advised it will come on between 3 to 4 hours. Kids skied all day and needed a hot shower. Gone all day and back at night. Addresses nicely if I had not paid a premium rate might be acceptable?? Asked to liaise with the owner, no response, he is not available. At the end, gave up (which was their intention) and attempted to enjoy our four day holiday in Grindelwald. Would think hot water would be a basic?? Apart from that apartment accurate size according to photos. If you go in summer, may not be an issue. Would NOT recommend in Winter and for another family to experience this in snowy conditions.

The view from the lounge room is incredible! The accomodation is in good condition and perfect for our stay. A fan is supplied which is helpful for the heat. It would be helpful to have a clothes drying rack following handwashing clothes.

“Perfect apartment and location.”
Perfect apartment for its price, 10 mins from the train station and it is right beside the Cable car. Very spacious and you can find everything in this apartment. Even though it is near the road but not noisy at all.

Best accommodation for our trip so far. Facility was good. Space is big. Kitchen was well equipped and very convenient to tour grindelwald. Near to hike location. Highly recommended!
