Overview
Built in a classic Swiss chalet style, the Aspen Alpine Lifestyle Hotel in Grindelwald is next to the hiking trails and ski slopes of the Kleine Scheidegg/Männlichen Area. It offers a spa area with an outdoor hot tub. All rooms feature views of the Eiger or Wetterhorn Mountains. The restaurant serves modern Swiss and international cuisine. During summer, halal food is available as well. The restaurant has a terrace overlooking the North Face of the Eiger. Private parking is available at the Aspen Alpine Lifestyle Hotel, at an extra fee. On prior request, shuttle services from and to the Grindelwald Train Station are provided.

There was no king size blanket as the bed was king size but have 2 small blanket. Also the blanket sheet was clean but it was dirty and yellow from inside. I hope they fix these major issues.

Smoking on the terraces for non smoking rooms. Our neighbours were smoking outside or on the downstairs porch , all smoke was coming into our room.

“Relaxing mountain retreat and close to facilities”
Nice quiet location but not too far from centre and right at the bus stop that takes you into town. Beautiful hikes on your doorstep, and Eiger views. A feel of nature with a goat farm in front. Excellent dining and friendly staff.

“Amazing”
The location was perfect. Far from the city in a quiet place with amazing view. In front of the hotel is a bus stop to reach everywhere. We definitely will come back again.

The location of the property and views from the windows are amazing. Since property is on a hilltop with no adjacent properties, it feels really nice with views of distant mountains.

“Lovely Stay in the Grindewald Valley”
Nice hotel with beautiful views of the Grindewald valley. The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We also ate dinner in the restaurant (be sure to book ahead as it isn't very big). The menu isn't large, but everything we ate was delicious and well presented. Unfortunately, we arrived too late for the complimentary tea and cakes in the afternoon, but we thought it was a nice concept.

“Beautiful hotel and service , but it just slipped up on a few things more a 3 star”
Gorgeous location except the night we stayed there it was pouring with rain . Delicious breakfast but we were very disappointed that the restaurant was closed . We were too tired to drive to the village to get dinner . You would think a 4 star hotel would have their restaurant open mid week .
