Great location, just yards from the harbour in Grimstad, the sunniest town in Norway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are nice and renovated. We really liked the vibe of the room we had. Everything is very clean and very straightforward. The communication of the operators is excellent. We had beautiful cozy winter nights spent here. Thank you!

Lovely historical merchant’s house. Great to have nespresso coffee but alittle tricky with the external bathroom which we decided we wouldn’t lock during the night to avoid the trouble of locating the key hung on the bedroom wall. Helpful proprietor who has obviously spent much effort restoring this old historical house.

It’s clean and had all the facilities we need and even a balcony whete we could enjoy some drinks in the sun😎 Perfectly located in the centre and even without the noise from the bars. It placed around a corner from the noise, and that adds 30 seconds walking from everything and at the same time get us away from any possible noise 👍😊

Charming guesthouse with a central location. No breakfast, but a small shared kitchen was available. One EV charger (16A) was available for guests. Didn't speak to the owner in English, but he spoke Norwegian in a way that was clear enough for me to understand easily.

Excellent location, very quaint typical Norsk hus

Really lovely old home, nicely renovated and appointed. Only staying 1 night we didn't eat in, but the kitchen was very well appointed and superb coffee in the morning. Very central to the shops, cafes and restaurants of old Grimstad. Welcoming and friendly owner. Very comfortable beds and luxurious linen etc.

Helpful and very courteous hosts running an attractive guesthouse with very good facilities. Recommended as a very nice place to stay.
