“Yurt in a beautiful environnement”

My father and I loved our night at this lodge. The yurt was large, the beds comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The site is also very nice, being surrounded by nature. The outdoor bathrooms are great too. Very clean. And what about the meals? We opted for their dinner offer, which was excellent, even if it was a bit pricey compared to what you find in local restaurants. We recommend it. There were two salads, the main course, and a small dessert. Breakfast was also delicious. The crepes, yum! We recommend staying here :)

Nice stay in an orchard. Very tasty dinner and breakfast. Loved the outdoor bathrooms and kitchen. By bike 9km from the lake.

The garden is beautiful, and there’s a lot of fruit trees and places to relax. The breakfast was nice. The sea is not far away by car (not close enough to walk).

I loved Samara, she was lovely 😍 her breakfast and jams were bopping! The communal bathroom and amenities were always clean Loved the fact that we could hire some good bikes to ride down to the lake from the accomodation, was brilliant day out.

A beautiful place in the heart of a peaceful village. A spacious and clean yurt in the middle of an orchard of fruit trees – cherries, apples, plums, apricots… just reach out and pick. A wonderful host who prepares delicious meals.

Different accommodation types in a huge orchard. Wonderful dinner. Great services available (canoe rental, bike rental, …) The idea of this project is great. Unfortunately we could not meet Jacobine. However Samara and her sister were absolutely wonderful hosts!!! There is not too much to do in the area. It’s too far from the lake for (an easy) access to the beach and the gorge is nice to visit in 1/2 day. The yurt camp however is a lovely place to relax.

“Relaxing stop on the north-shore”

Great spot on the north shore to relax for a few days. Easy to visit the gorge or the lake from here. The lodge has a lovely garden, amenities were all super clean and include outdoor showers! The owner Jacobiene runs the lodge as a social enterprise to boost tourism in the village and is super knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure to have dinner with her. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty. All staff super friendly and helpful. Recommended!

“Paradise”

We absolutely loved it here. I'm already wishing to go back! The host is very nice and an incredible conversationalist: it was such a pleasure to talk about our experiences in life. The garden felt like paradise, we slept like babies in the yurt. Shower & toilets were really good and breakfast was tasty.

This is an absolute gem on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kol. The yurts are amazing and the hosts make sure that it is warm and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It is in an excellent location and the garden that it is set in makes your stay even more special. The hosts are exceptional and really make your stay super special serving great coffee, breakfasts and dinner! A place not to be missed if you're looking for a place to stay over night on the northern shore.

Traditional yurt but with all modern comfort. Very pitoresk and with enough privacy. Very cozy + clean hot shower and toilets. AMAZING dinner and breakfast. Perfect location to explore the 2 gorges!

Thanks to host and her passion everything was superb. If you are person of Nature then you'll love that place - garden, Yurt, fresh air. Switch off your smartphone, look around and enjoy.

“Gouda powered”

The real traditional Yurts with good beds to sleep like babies, the banya to try at least once, the excellent food, the recycling and ecological approach and the family-like atmosphere of the Dutch (and therefore English-speaking, a rarity in this country) owner.

This place was great! Quite luxurious for us after staying in basic guesthouses and hostels for a while. The breakfast was great! The Dutch couple managing it were super nice and interesting and showed us their cheese making workshop, which you got the sample each morning with breakfast! Dinner was also great and cooked by a nice Russian woman who works there. Lisa who was working there over the summer was also super great and friendly. The garden itself is very tranquil and we spent the entire day relaxing in hammocks and on little chill areas. 10/10 recommend!

Maud, our host, and her family were lovely. Would definitely visit again simply because of the company and welcoming atmosphere of the lodge. Breakfast was amazing with cheese made onsite as well as delicious compotes I couldn't get enough of. Dinner was also great! The communal setting of the Lodge ensured everyone got to know each other. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Kyrgyzstan. The yurts were comfortable and warm, even when we arrived and it was pouring with rain. The shared ablutions outside were the best.
