I stayed in Roin Guesthouse for 9 nights because I needed some safe space to do my stuff, and it was a perfect place. It is located close to the road and to the bus stop if you need to get to Batumi or Poti. Also the sea is very close and the beach is almost empty. The accommodation is modest but I was ready for this - please read the description of the place before you make a reservation. The owners are very lovely and friendly family, we established a very good relationship. One more nice thing was that it was possible to stay with a dog. There also some pets at the property - cats, dogs, birds. So if you want to relax you can just sit on the terrace and observe the life. I also enjoyed the bakery in front of the property, if you need some food, you can always grab some local pastry there. Thank you very much, Roin and all the family, I hope to see you again in the future.

Its a lovely, clean house with a beatufull garden. The hosts are great and lovely people, and you can get some vegies, eggs and homemade cheese from them.

We booked last minute late in the evening but we were welcomed with open arms anyways. The family is very sweet and you have almost a private entrance at the back to the sea, which makes this place even more surprising :)

The owners of the house are very hospitable. the room is comfortable. I liked relaxing on the nearby wild beach, where I walked through the garden. very close, there are no people at all. but if you want, you can go to the main beach of Grigoletti. also not crowded. The bakery opposite the house has excellent cheese pies. There is a minimarket very close by. I bought excellent goat cheese, eggs and vegetables from the owner of the house. I'll definitely come back again. In terms of price/quality ratio, this is the best place.

this nice place is situated close to the sea and if you like to walk along the coast you can do it at any time. property has a cozy balcony where you can breathe fresh sea air with glass of wine

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. conditions, housing and life are comfortable, cozy and clean. The location is chic (near the road, the sea). With pleasure I will return to them again

“Great stay wished we could stay longer”

The friendliness of the people was incredible. The sea it’s at 200 m from the guest house, the local bakery at 5 meters from the property and so good! A shop at your reach within 60m 24/7 and the owners have their own chickens and vegetables from their garden and we paid them some money for eggs and some vegetables. So good! Very lovely people and in a traditional Georgian village with the kindest people. Loved it

It's surrounded by a garden with domestic animals (hens and roosters included). WiFi was very reliable, I can't recall any connection problem.

Roin offers the best welcome, a very friendly family, the Georgians are really great !
