“Nichts gut”
Hello, I would like to request a full refund for my booking at Pavillon Greve for 3 guests. When we arrived, the accommodation was in an unacceptable condition. It was dirty, smelled very bad, felt unsafe, and did not look like the photos shown on the listing. Because of this, we decided not to stay there at all and left immediately after the door was opened for us. We did not even stay for a single night because we did not feel comfortable or safe in the property. Unfortunately, everything happened very quickly, so we did not take photos or videos before leaving. We also informed the property directly, and they advised us to contact Booking.com regarding the refund request. I kindly ask Booking.com to review this situation and process a full refund. I could not reach the property because when I arrived in front of the property there were 5 persons smoking weed and drunk that got closer and try to steal my bag on the motorbike. I left immediately the property.

Hostel type of location, for that it delivered. It advertises a certain coolness of the location, that is not what it delivers. Great for single travelers who don’t care about location and care about cheap.
