“They take no responsibility for guest safety.”
I am very disappointed with my stay. My friend had his shoes stolen from the ski room, which we discovered is not secure. The ski room is dark, lacks CCTV, and has direct, unsecured access from both the outside and the underground parking. When we asked for help, the staff was dismissive and eventually became aggressive. They simply stated they weren't responsible for personal belongings and showed zero empathy for the security lapse. We did not feel safe here. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Strategic location, just in front of ski bus to reach Staffal and walking distance from the village and restaurants. The facility is comfortable. Breakfast is not included but available at the lounge in the lobby. The staff is really kind and supportive.

Very easy and fitting accommodation for a skiing holiday in the alps, when traveling with friends or several families. Best access by car. The apartments where of good size and very well equipped. Very practical.

Good facilities - reception lounge/sitting area, gym, garage, ski store etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were reasonably spacious and equipped with basic utensils. Easy to find location conveniently near main road.

“Great place to stay with family”
We really enjoyed Halldis. Especially the people working there. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the woman at the reception, but I want to thank her again for her help! Thank you very much! In the building itself, guests have access to a spa area, a gym and table football. Sitting in the sauna and jacuzzi after skiing is wonderful! Next to the hotel there is a bus stop, from which you can go to the main part of Monterosa Ski resort (Staffal) 25 minutes, or 1 stop in the other direction, to a quieter part, where are just couple slopes

Reception/foe area, very nice rooms, great service, all clean and maintained. We arrived earlier than check time and reception team let us to the room. They guy explained where and what to find, recommended restaurants and gave a discount card for ski rental. We came just for few nights but had amazing stay and ski days. Fully recommending Gressoney Halldis.
