The boy at the reception asked me to pay the city tax, and the next day, when I pointed out to him that it had already been included, he didn’t answer the phone or send the money back. Moreover, the radiator in the room was dripping, and the noise was unbearable.

Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Very comfortable room for a family of 4 people. Large bathroom with good towels, soap and a nice shower. Free mineral water for all was appreciated as well. Breakfast had a large choice and was of good quality. Sufficient parking next to the hotel. Good restaurants nearby.

Location was good as we were driving into switzerland. For a 3 star hotel it was better than a 4 star hotel we stayed in. breakfast was brilliant great selection with hot and cold options. staff were helpful.

“Beautiful and friendly”

The croissant was very delicious and the room was nice. The shower could be cleaner and it could smell better. The water pressure is low and for us that’s something important. We are also used to bigger Swiss blankets. All in all we had a nice stay.
