“Very cozy and the exact kind of stay I always desire at a hotel!”
Really loved my stay. For the price and per pictures of the location, I expected it to be more run down. But I suppose that's just part of it being Greenwood. Not to be insulting, but when I drove around, a bit of the town looked rather old and unused. Actually inside the hotel room though, the bed was super comfy, the room had everything I needed, everything worked and there were no spots of damage, and I liked the more unique arrangement of the rooms and parking spaces. Plus staff was always informative, and the location is basically in the middle of where you'd need to go around town. I even enjoyed that the AC unit was one that I could just turn off; most hotels seem to keep them running nonstop, and that really dries my skin. Would definitely stay there again!

“ONE VERY RUDE PERSON RUINED BOTH OF OUR STAYS THERE.”
Food was good. However staff was unfriendly and rude and actually asked me for a tip in the breakfast area. Someone was drinking out of the milk containers.

The breakfast staff did a great job of keeping the food stocked and fresh. The front desk was efficient and got all our requests right the first time. Check in was smooth and check out was too. I really liked the keurig voffee maker in the room.

“Good for the price and location”
Ay the beginning the room smelled funny, I think was a little humidity or the air conditioner, but the second day the smell was gone ( or I got used to it 😂). And the cleaning was good but not excellent.
