The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms were lovely and well maintained with proper pumps of washing facilities, not tiny bottles. The breakfast was good. There were great laundry facilities too.

“Good room, bad customer service.”
Despite my insisting requests during check out, the personell at the desk didn't give me an official valid invoice with the name and address of my company on it. She kept telling me that there isn't anything she could do and that I had to get my invoice from Booking.com, because I booked my room via Booking.com.
