“Very nice, professional hotel staff + unexpectedly attractive room.”

The staff, front desk, cleaners were all polite, respectful, and they chuckled at my small jokes. The room was roomier and a real effort was made in the design and color of it. Bed was perfect, except for the pillows which were very, very light and under-filled with torn up material or something. That's not the hotel's fault. It's the corporation that makes these misguided decisions. Too bad. Luckily we had brought our own solid pillows. The sheets and mattress had us turning off the light earlier than we do at home. We both had good, long sleeps.

The room was comfortable and staff were pleasant. I had an excellent view from my room and the area itself is nice. 24 hour reception

Location was okay. We were staying on the 7th floor, so the view was nice. Receptionist was friendly. Beds were comfortable, not too soft and the pillows were okay as well.

Hotel smells like body odor and Marijuana. Dirty beds and sheets, breakfast horrible, blow dryer didn't work instead of replacing or fixing sent her to a different floor to a dirty room to use that one.

Beds need new mattress floors felt wet from cleaning when we arrived in room air conditioning wasn’t cooling room we had to change rooms
