When I see the room;I asked to upgrade it which was so poor condition. The upgraded room was below standard which they advertise.I paid for upgraded room as well.When I asked why they offered me that lover standard room instead of which they advertise.They told me first come first served!!! In the upgraded room The AC wasn't worked.I asked heater again ''NO''.They gave me blanket.There was a whole in the wall where ac. was fitted.I tried to close it with towel. There wasn't water cattle, tea.toilet paper.I asked.They brought cattle and tea and toilet paper; no the or coffee.later I asked glass. To be honest staff were polite but understanding;management and service was not right. It was horrible.They provide me four walls and roof with holes. Wefi did not work in that room.It was worked in the first room Go and check it yourself whether I exaggerate or not. You cause me to rent that hotel You just advertise ;dont care.I had the same experience in France with my family and left from the hotel immediately.You did not refund my payment

Tv not working Washroom didnt had water supply Geyser bursted/blasted....if I would have been inside ...would have a serious accident atleast 3 dgree burn Not following the guidelines set for hotel settlement

“Worst Stay”
Only one dish in Breakfast with worst Tea & Coffee. Bathroom ceilings were fallen, Room Locks were not working. Staff was so rude & even arguing for 1 Complimentary water bottle. Genset was not working. Total blackout in Night for half hour. Worst Hotel ever seen in my life. Only 2 sockets in whole room"Shocking"!!!

“Good service”
I am very happy with the hotel and the service. The whole hotel smells good and all rooms are non smoking with designated smoking zones. 24 hours room service makes the e experience even better. Food is also very good.

“Great interior design”
Great Hotel, clean rooms with great furniture design. Near the station and main road. One can easily be reached, budget friendly however the receptionist is a bit low while for check in to the hotel.

“Great experience”
ambience very good. Restaurant managers are very supportive and polite. Spacious very well-kept rooms. The staffs are very good. Room and toilet are clean. Overall, a great experience. TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed all are great condition.
