Hotel charged me excess amount i have booked for 11525/- from your site and they asked me for 19,000/- and then i waited at reception almost 01 hour and then they said to pay 15,000/- but this is not fair when i booked for 11525/- from your site then why i asked for excess amount.

“No hotel in given landmark. Refund our money.”
No hotel in this name and location. Dont book under booking.com . It redirects to oyo, no property contact is given. Our money was shared between booking.com and oyo it seems, we searched for 2 hrs in that location. Very bad customer service. And repeatedly they say. Hotel is gry n white colour in the same location making us fools. At the same we met few people searching the same hotel like us.
