“Great value, beautiful Gravina”

Pietro was a great host, accommodated us with his parking space. The breakfast option at a nearby cafe was amazingly good.

The outside appearance of the villa, the bathroom and the sauna. I fact everything was perfect.

If you want something nice and stylish with traces of history that's the place to come. In the centre of town, close to attractions, located in an enclave with windows facing the garden rather than street. You feel like being in a very special place. Clean, nice furniture, we also had a sauna for our own use. Breakfast in the nearby restaurant is just coffee and croissant, but a very tasty one.

Very friendly host, Lovely quiet room, very nice big shower, super comfortable bed, convenient parking! Would love to stay there again !

“A nice city with marvelous restaurants”

The hotel is well situated in the near of the center in Gravina di Puglia. But, because it is not in the center, it is easy to get a parking place for free. The hotel itself is nice and little. It is an old villa with a special charme. If you go there in the harvest or winter take the room with the sauna! It is its money worth. The sauna warms up quickly and it was a pleasure for us in Dezember. The bed is big and comfortable. The room was very quite. The breakfast will be in a cafe nearby and they have the best cornetto (croissant) I ever had. Pietro is a very nice host. If you need something he organised it quickly. And he recommanded good restaurants to us.

Everything was perfect. Pietro is a gentleman.

Great place to rest!! With a loved one or with the whole family! Very good location meters from the center. Big room, nice spacious bathroom, clean and cozy place to relax. Thanks to the kind responsive host Pietro for everything!!

Amazing place to stay ! Wonderful host,very nice,helpful,responsible! Pietro helped us a lot with everything! The room and the hotel itself were perfect. The place for breakfast is very nice ,with fresh pastries and coffee . Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night in May. Next time, we'll stay a bit longer because the house (which belonged to a former senator) is incredibly stunning, very beautifully decorated. Very clean. Pietro is really nice, welcoming and kind. As for breakfast (included), we had it in a café (café croissant) and that was fine for us. Gravina in Puglia is a lovely town, a hidden treasure! The place, compared to the others around of the some price range, sets the bar incredibly high. From the very nice, helpful and knowledgable, English speaking staff/owners (yes, we did eat in a recommended pizzeria and we LOVED it!) through the amazing feeling of an old, fancy villa to the free snacks in a room's fridge - all of it creates a great relaxing vibe, letting you enjoy the little treasure of a city that Gravina is. We loved it! The only problem is the parking (none available for private use, so you'll have to park on the streets nearby), but hey, it's Italy, it's just how it is in here. The staff will help you with it anyway. The communication on their end is just top notch.

Very good location and clean room

Beautifully appointed house in out of the way corner but very easy to get to the beautiful old town. Stunning room. Charming host. Excellent breakfast.

“An incredible surprise in a beautiful place”

The villa del Senatore is simply stupendous. The room was simple yet stylish and sphisticated.

Everything, the apartment greatly exceeded our expectations. Pietro was really helpful, gave us some advice on where to eat and what to see. Apartement itself very tidy and nice, with additional snacks and wait for it - SAUNA :) Surely would recommend it to everyone - if we could we would stay there for couple more nights.

Lovely place with a super host. The house is well kept, beautifully decorated and has a nice historic vibe. Gravina is a wonderful little town with great places to see and a good starting point for exploring the region. Highly recommended!!!
