“Just so welcoming...they sent a surprise to our room on my birthday.”
We love staying here. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of choices, hot and cold...very filling. We asked to change the initial room because it was a little dark and the staff accomodated our request.. we were very pleased. The staff is very friendly.

The location is just so beautiful! Hotel is great! My second time staying and ill look forward to returning! Sunset on the lake was stunning We walked the path to the gazebo and enjoyed the views! Loved the fire pit in the courtyard! Beautiful property!

Room was roomy and you can have someone in the living room and the pullout and not see them. That side is separate, nice balcony off the bedroom, good beds and linens.

“Lovely location”
This hotel is in an excellent location by the side of Lake Muskoka. There is a boardwalk to restaurants and cafes and a steamboat wharf. Locally there are lakeside beaches and Bracebridge which has plenty of shopping outlets. The accommodation is welcoming and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good and there are options for dining inside and out. The room we stayed in was well stocked with kitchenette facilities. It had a balcony which although it was not a lakeside room had a good view as it was the highest floor.

A great hotel right by the lake. Very quiet and peaceful but right by the boardwalk where there are restaurants and bars. The staff in the hotel were particularly friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

“Disappointed by the dated facilities and service quality”
The location is fantastic . It's good to have breakfast included in the package but the breakfast itself is underwhelming. Many restaurants close by are good including the warm staff and vibe at Boston Pizza is amazing.

Location was great, overlooking the Lake. Breakfast good, a bit cramped at first but then they opened another room. Swimming pool very nice.
