Overview
The family-run B&B La Rocca is in Grassobbio, less than 2 km from Orio al Serio Airport. It features a comfortable shared lounge with a TV and sofas, plus bright and colourful rooms with free Wi-Fi. The B&B is on the second floor of a residential building called La Rocca. A self-service continental breakfast is available until 11:00. Guests have free use of the shared fridge and kettle, and even the kitchenette for stays of 2 nights or more. Each room has carpeted floors and colourful bed linen. The 3 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Staff are multilingual and will be happy to share local knowledge and tourist information. La Rocca B&B has great bus links to Orio Shopping Centre, Fiera di Bergamo and the Città Alta area of Bergamo. The bus stop is right outside and also has buses to the airport and Bergamo Train Station, 6 km away. The Expo 2015 Exhibition centre can be reached in 46 minutes by car.

“Good choice near the airport !”
Good location near the airport, you need 2km/25-30 minutes to get there by foot. Most of the distance you will be able to use your suitcase castners. Check-in procedure is 24/7, so we got exactly what we expected since we arrived at 2am. You may also use call-in shuttle bus that costs 6 EUR per person if you do not want to walk. Free car parking in front of the building, instructions how to get into the apartment are clear. The accommodation is one mid-size apartment consisting of four bedrooms, one kitchen and breakfast room and two bathrooms. One is dedicated solely to one bedroom, the other is shared amont three others. The breakfast area is equipped by one extra large and one smaller table. These are all shared by all four bedrooms.

We needed a stay for one night near the airport because of an early flight. The place has a lot of charakter, the owner is a delight and the beds were comfortable. Also its a perfect location, next to a carpark with shuttle service. Would definitely stay here again!

“A fair accommodation close to the Airport”
I loved the owner, the cosy old apartment with lots of memories and life in it. I reaaly enjoyed the breakfast. The airport transfer with an external company was very usefull.

“Small room with shared bathroom. Good for a night”
25 minutes of walk from the terminal but you can catch buses also. Ryanair training center 15 minutes by walk. Couple of restaurants nearby. Good for a 1 night stay. Friendly staff and owner.

“It was perfect for overnight stay to catch the flight in the morning.”
It was very clean. The host was helpful to provide additional information necessary. Its possible to eat snacks from the La Rocca Bar located just underneath.

“You feel right at home in this place 😊”
My room exceeded all my expectations — and actually the entire guesthouse did. Words can hardly describe how welcoming the host was. It truly felt like visiting your own family rather than staying somewhere as a guest. Everything was incredibly cozy, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There were also many breakfast options to choose from. My heart was completely won over by the little espresso maker that was left for the morning. The airport is within walking distance, so if you have an early flight you can easily walk there. An amazing guesthouse and a wonderful host. I was left with such a lovely impression. I would happily stay here again and again and highly recommend it 😊

We had a very early flight but we saw the breakfast served - it looked amazing, I wish we had more time to eat. The walk to the terminal took us exactly 21 minutes. The room was warm and quiet, the beds comfortable

Very good place for late passangers of Bergamo Airport. If you have not big luggage you can simply walk to this place. They serve good coffee

“A very cosy hotel with real soul”
A very cosy hotel with real soul — it felt like visiting my grandmother’s home. Everything we needed was available, and even though we checked in very late due to a flight delay, the lovely owner kindly waited for us and called to make sure we arrived safely. A truly warm and welcoming place!
