“Perfect for what we needed.”
For what we required it was perfect as we had to pick up a shuttle bus each day to Ruhpolding from near the Tourist Information office which was only a 9 min walk away. Bonus for the gastro guests is that there is a 3 star Michelin restaurant 10 mins the other way down Aichstraße. They could even fit us in with a few days notice, which was a bonus. That may not work in summer though. Hosts were very helpful on arrival with an English translation of the guide they have. If you have your own car with you, Lidl and Aldi are a few mins drive away, good pizzeria’s in the town centre and the bakery and butcher.
