No security, gate is manual and not locking, wifi was not paid, furniture very old, shower tiles dirty,old blankets, water leaks, cockroaches and bad management. They were still cleaning at 16H00 when we returned

It's right opposite the graskop lift bungee jumping place. The service is nice, they checkup if you need something.. the host was top friendly

“Kloofsig cottage can improve”
The staff welcomed me with warm hand. The house is big enough to accommodate my family The place is just in front of Graskop George lift which made our visit easily.

“DISGUSTED!!!!!!”
Was dirty and the whole Unit had a VERY BAD smell, the hot tub was DIRTY and DISGUSTING with human body fluids and baby oil and not cleaned at all. Had to buy bedding, because bedding was dirty and smelly. Mattress worn out and the place was not maintained at all. Very unsafe. No security, no locked gates anyone can get in whenever they want to. Wifi was limited, could not stream anything on the tv. Stove did not work, fridge and microwave dirty, toilet leaking and whole place is in dispair and not maintained at all. Kitchen drying cloth had such a disgusting odour don't know when last it was washed. Please remove this accommodation from Booking.com Would not recommend anyone to pay to stay here.

“Needs Maintenance”
There's alot of maintenance that needs to be done. Was not value for money. The leaking tap was driving me nuts & the moisture got our clothes damp. The staff though were good and friendly.
