Eric was very welcoming and provided a great breakfast to start the day. We were fortunate to be there when there was a local Brocante market. We spent a week in Granville our first visit to Normandy.We swam everyday and will definitely return again.Thank you

“Wandering down memory lane”
Le Logis de Roc is in the perfect location, as the name implies high up on the rock itself and within the city walls, the Granville's lighthouse's flashing light reflected on the buildings you can see from your bedroomwindow . It a very characteristic building where each room has the name of a flower and has been decorated individually in a pretty, cosy and quaint style. Eric, known - with good reason, so please be sure to ask him about it - to his friends as "Le Capitaine" hosts a veritable captain's table at breakfast-time, where he facilitates and contributes to a wonderous variety of personal and striking converstations amongst his guests. My French is unfortunately very limited, but he kept checking-in with me, to make sure I could follow the jist of it all. For me this was the return to Granville that I promised myself approximately 30 years ago when I first visited this unique town with my daugther's father; hence the title :)

“We really enjoyed our time here”
The location was superb because it's in the old part of the town/city and 2 minutes from the old city wall overlooking the port and the sea. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the conversation with the hostess/host and some fellow guests. Our bedroom was very spacious.

Its position in the high town is fantastic. Very atmospheric and convenient. Home made breakfast items were delicious. Interesting to have breakfast en famille and get to know other nationalities. Hosts were very good .

Le Logis du Roc is beautifully situated only one minute’s walk from the Porte de La Vieille Ville. The bedroom was comfortable and we had a very pleasant chat with Eric, the owner, over breakfast. Plenty of free on road parking close by. We would thoroughly recommend Le Logis du Roc.
