Overview
Situated within the Yeats Country along the Wild Atlantic Way, Mount Edward Lodge is 3 km from the village of Grange and 15 minutes’ drive from Sligo’s town centre. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, it offers free WiFi throughout and free parking. Rooms at this luxury bungalow feature views of Streedagh Beach, Ben Bulben, and the Donegal Mountains. All rooms offer -TVs, tea/coffee making facilities with snacks, electric blankets and radio/alarm clocks. Complimentary toiletries are offered in all en-suite or private bathrooms. In the mornings, Mount Edward serves breakfast in the conservatory, which features stunning views of the beaches and Dartry Mountains. The varied menu includes free range eggs from the lodge’s own hens and homemade Irish pancakes. Set within landscaped gardens, under the shadow of Ben Bulben, Mount Edward Lodge boasts panoramic views of Inishmurray Island and the Donegal Mountains. Streedagh Beach is just 20 minutes’ walk away and is ideal for kite surfing, fishing, and sailing. The famous historical house of Lissadell House is 10 minutes' drive away. Yeats grave and the Round Tower are only 8 minutes' drive at Drumcliff. There are 4 major golf courses surrounding the property, each within a 15-minute drive.

“Most enjoyable”
Loved Maureen, she is a star, gave over her home and nothing was a problem. Views from the house are beautiful as is the beach nearby.

A lovely Country B&B stunning Location with lots of activities and adventures close by. Need to have transport. Maureen is a very lovely host very kind felt like a home away from home room was lovely bed was comfortable. Great choice for Breakfast and beautiful view fron every angle arouns the house.

“First class all round.”
Breakfast was brilliant, such an array of great food. Location is ideal for exploring the west coast. Room was really comfy and shower was exceptional - piping hot water without delay. Really quiet surroundings. Maureen the host is a charming, helpful lady. I would highly recommend this property.

“A well maintained property, with exceptional views, a lovely hostess and great service.”
A very well located B & B, ideal base for exploring Sligo and the North West. The property itself was immaculately presented. The bedroom was lovely with a beautiful view. Breakfast was very good and Maureen, the hostess was very friendly,attentive and helpful with advice about the locality. We will happily return to stay again.

“Fantastic place”
Very nice hosts, good contact. The room was cozy, comfortable large beds, bathroom, very nice view from the window. We didn't miss anything. Several menu options for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, served at 8.30 a.m. Quiet, calm.
