“Fantastic staff , a clean and classy environment, and great ambiance.”

I have stayed here a few times and am always pleased with the experience. This time the restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and fun. They heard it was my granddaughter's birthday so they gifted her with a piece of cake, sang Happy Birthday, and even "photo-bombed" the birthday pic (which she loved the most!) Great people who made our weekend memorable!

“The stay was nice, just some inconveniences”

Rented a suite, lots of space for toddler to play. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was nice.

Great location It would be nice if the breakfast was included in the rate!

Super clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Lots of delicious options. Also loved having the option of ordering room service the night before by simply filling out a checklist. Out food arrived exactly on time in the morning. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of countertop space. The general family room was a great place for our older children to hang out and meet other tweenies.

It is clean and quiet. The restaurant was pretty good

I loved the location closer to beaverlodge then most hotels, parking was a little challenging as it was a weekend and the north has lots of big trucks !!

remote to TV didn't work. the toilet in the bathroom was so close to the counter my husband bashed his arm on the counter and ripped his diabetes medical device off his arm.

The staff was so helpful and nice. Kristoff was happy to help us with our late check in and was smiling and made us feel like we were at home.

the hotel was near our grand son place to visit, close to stores, walking distance it was nice .

“Excellent Experience”

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a taxi waiting to take me to the airport as per my request. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. I will definitely be booking a room next time I fly out of Grande Prairie.
