We absolutely loved our stay at Cindy's. She's lovely, attentive to our every need, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The room was perfect, cleaned every day, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was super comfortable, and the facilities were beautiful overall. It was my birthday, and Cindy gave me a lovely little gift that really touched my heart. Thank you so much for making us feel so at home and like family. I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

Cindy and her husband are wonderful hosts. My husband and I felt very welcome, and the rest of the staff were also very friendly. The apartment is large, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, right on the beach, with sun loungers under the palm trees. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Location location location! Property is so beautifully placed. You feel like you have your own private beach. Gorgeous beachfront, water is calm. Not the best for swimming because of shallow water +manta rays but great for relaxation and beach walks. Great owner who is extremely kind and helpful in all possible ways. Family owned. Would highly recommend and love to come back

a wonderful stay in a beautiful garden right next to the beach with white sand, we had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and created a pleasant atmosphere, she was always helpful and accommodating. Every day she treated us with something, we also liked the laundry service every day. When we visit the island of Praslin again, we will come back here.

We stayed at Seashell Beach Villa from 22 December to 26 December 2025, in a second-floor apartment with an ocean view, and our experience was absolutely excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning and made every morning and evening truly special. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. Communication was perfect from the very beginning, and she made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is ideal – peaceful and right by the sea, perfect for relaxation, while still being conveniently close to beautiful beaches and local attractions. Honestly, we loved everything, and there is nothing we would change. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-quality, calm, and beautiful beachfront stay. We would be very happy to return!

Cindy was an amazing host and made our stay truly unforgettable. The apartment was huge, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped – a spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and plenty of storage space. We were welcomed with exotic flowers everywhere, and the place was spotless. The absolute highlight was the terrace with direct access to the crystal-clear ocean – waking up and stepping straight into paradise was simply priceless. Cindy also organized everything for us flawlessly, including a trip to Curieuse and taxi transfers. Everything was smooth, easy, and perfectly arranged. A true gem and an absolute must-stay in the Seychelles. Highly, highly recommended!

“A beautiful surprise right on the beach”

The villa is located right on the beach and our apartment had a beach view and direct access to the beach. The sunsets were amazing and in a short walking distance you will find many shops, restaurants and a really cool beach bar on the beach. But still around you it is peaceful and quiet. Cindy (the owner of the property) is great. We had daily cleaning in the apartment, daily new towels and toilet paper and when there were ripe mango’s and papayas from the trees in the garden she would leave these in the fridge for us. All in all top service!

The setting, the service, if you get a car well positioned for getting around. If you need anything Cindy can sort it. Feeding and stroking the tortoises. In Grand Anse a bar, restaurant, “casino”, called Breeze Garden does lovely food for a reasonable price and they will collect and drop you off from Cindy’s.

“Peaceful and homely”

The host is super friendly and helpful and was waiting for us before check in. She explained everything about the island, recommended places to visit and local places to eat and try out the creole cuisine. Parking is right outside. Our room with a balcony had a direct view of the beach and there is direct access to the beach from the villa. The host stays next door and is ready to help with any issues. The villa felt like home, with a completely decked kitchen. We did not face any issues and they kept the room clean every time we went out. It was a really peaceful experience and I would definitely recommend Seashell villa for your stay in Praslin.

Very nice hostess. Good location of the apartment, everything clean. Everything was above expectations.

The hosts was not friendly and helping. Just one sheet between two occupants.She refused to give, when asked for a separate sheet. Very very rude behaviour. The beach is dirty and you cannot go in waters. All in all not a good choice of property.

Beautiful beachside location

The staff, led by Cindy, was brilliant! A beautiful place if you're looking for a peaceful vaccation with wounderful gardens surrounding the villa.

The hotel has it's own beach and two giant tortoises. Very clean, very nice host. The whole garden is full with local orchids and is really beautiful.
