Great location: opposite the road is the ocean; few minutes walk to/from airport; short bus ride to beautiful Anse Georgette. Very spacious inside and veranda.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Butterfly Villas. The communication with the owner was good from the start. The housekeeper went out of her way to make our stay great. It is easy to get around with the busses. You can download the SPTC app to track the busses. The owner is a taxi driver as well, I wish I knew before we got there! He did our transfer back to the port for a very reasonable price. Various shops within walking distance.

Very comfortable, open layout. Beach close by for a quick dip. Very friendly people in the neighbourhood. They will not make contact unless you do. If you want to be left alone, they will not bother you. So it's your choice. Nightdip with an outdoor shower in the garden is also a great way to end the day. We loved it and wish to come back again, nexy time with the entire family renting all of the property. Love to Lyanna and Ella. You made it into a memory that will last forever.

The spacious villa offers everything you may need for a self catering holiday! Super well equipped and right next to a beautiful (often empty) beach! It's close to shops and restaurants at grand anse beach and before (however traveling with kids i'd recommend renting a car). Astovio is the nicest guy and will make sure you have everything you need!

The accommodation is spacious, clean, the kitchen is well equipped. There is a bus stop right next to the accommodation, from which you can comfortably travel the entire island. The owner is very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation met our expectations and I recommend it to everyone.

We couldn’t choose a better place to stay! It is all about the most friendly and caring person you can be with and it is Astovio himself. There’s no enough place to write about how nice, kind and caring he is. The surroundings are just beautiful, the bus stop is front of the house. Everyone around is super friendly. Tomas went for fishing with Andre, who lives nearby and came loaded with fishes for one week🙂 This is the best place for easy going and relaxed stay on Praslin.

Astovio was the perfect host: very caring, always kind and helpful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We asked him for a blender, for a grill and for hammock and he organized them very quickly for us. If you need anything, just ask him and he'll be happy to help. He and his son also transferred us from and to the harbour with his taxi and gave us wonderful tips for activities in the island. I highly recommend his guesthouse.
