“I had a wonderful stay, and made fantastic memories”
I love their facilities, and I love that they are functioning 24 hours, so you can check in anytime and have a snack at the snack bar at any time.

“Great ! Love grand rapids and great location 🏨”
Room ,location all fantastic ! I had repeatedly messaged about my late Checkin (around midnight) and no one replied ,guy on reception when I got in said it’s not booking.com(who I booked with) but all other properties reply ? I would’ve been more content having received reply .the hotel overall is excellent !

“To expensive and not convenient if you have any physical disabilities.”
The breakfast was not bad but would have liked it to go till 10 am instead of 9 am and more fruit options would have been nice. The front desk greeters where nice and professional.

Hotel had no hot water for an entire week. It was due to public works but hotel did not provide any alternative solution for the client, just not requiring cancellation costs in case client wouldn't stay. Paying such amount per night for cold shower is a really shame. We'll not visit the hotel anymore
