We didn't have toilet paper in our bathroom when we got there. The room we had was overlooking the pool, which was incredibly bright. Our television was turning on and off by itself the entire time we were trying to watch it. The slide in the pool room isnt operable because the hotel refuses to hire lifeguards.

“Wonderful!”
The staff was the best part of the stay. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Especially Shaniya. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to a nice mall so very convenient. There is also a Starbucks around the corner as well. I felt like I was well taken care of! Thank you!

The main reason was to spend my daughter’s birthday because there is a slide. The pool was cold, the hot tub and slide were not working. So disappointed.
