My toilet backed up, which was a little problematic, but they sorted it out and were very professional about it. Otherwise everything else was great.

“Loved it! First hotel room ever that I felt at ease and comfortable in.”
This was the first hotel I have stayed in where I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. I actually slept in this hotel room and felt at home. It felt more like a cool bedroom suite not a "hotel" room which are all pretty typically the same. I can never get comfortable, but this time I felt at home and at ease. The bedding was different than other hotels too and I didn't feel like I needed to take the blankets off before sleeping. I just got cozy. Also loved the little added touch of the personalized welcome on the TV screen upon entering! Made us feel special!

“Excellent value hotel for a trip to Grand Rapids”
The staff on reception, particularly Jennifer, were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and airy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The on site bar and bar staff were very good.

New, modern and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a great area, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Great couple days!!!

“Great stay!”
Clean and Bright hotel in a really great location. We were there to attend a concert at GLC Monroe and it was a very short walk with good restaurants in between. The parking isn't on site but it's easy to find and you can pay for it at the hotel.

“Comfortable downtown room.”
I really appreciated that you had a bicycle for me to borrow because I did not have a car. Helmet and bike lock too. Very nice.
