“An excellent base for exploring the national park”

Humble cottages located in the heart of the town, next to a shop. The gracious hostess shared valuable information about the surrounding area and kindly addressed all of our questions. The property also features a well-maintained area with a gas grill, which we thoroughly enjoyed using.

Very friendly and welcoming host, giving us plenty of explanations. Our cabin was comfy and well equipped. We only spent one night but we enjoyed it. In walking distance to the shops and restaurants, although not many were open on that day…

Such a beautiful little place. Could have easily stayed a week or two. The lady was lovely, showed us around and made us feel so welcome. The cabin had plenty of space, the outdoor hot tub was brilliant, there was a cooker as well as microwave, big fridge and all kitchen equipment needed. Even the sofa beds were comfortable. Brilliant location at the edge of town near the market store, really a great place to stay.

Great location to explore RMNP. We rent a two bedroom cabin. The cabin is specious enough. The place is a little time worn but has everything you need, it's clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a mountain market (a super market) just next to the palace. The main street and the lake are not very far away. You can go there by feet.

Everything in the lodge was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and easy to sleep in. The kitchen even had coffee! And the proprietor, Gail, is the kindest and most accommodative person. We enjoyed our stay, and will visit again!

We had a lovely friendly welcome from the owner who was incredibly helpful. The cabins are in a great location, convenient for town, the lake and very close to the Rocky Mountains National Park entrance. It was also nice and quiet at night. The cabin was well equipped and had plenty of space

Loved these cabins! Quiet, walk to the main drag, grocery next door, full kitchen. Gayle was a great host!

The Check-in went smooth, we called the owner in advance that we’re going to arrive late and it was no problem for her, she was very kind and helpful. Our cabin was quite lovely, it was spacious and clean, the fireplace was my favourite part of the room. I highly recommend this place!

A good location within easy walk of the town centre for shops and restaurant. Adequate facilities for self catering and lots of space for relaxing with two large sofas. Also, barbeque and fire pit for relaxing outside.
