Room was not that clean - hair (not mine) was in the bathroom- there was small blood stains on the sheets. Staff were friendly and location good

“A lovely little coffee shop close by “Octopus Coffee” with a proper barista style coffee.”
Staff from the beginning were very welcoming and friendly, comfortable bed and was able to do laundry after 7 days on the road was a godsend.

Friendly welcome desk crew, liked the 24hr hot drink station in the foyer. When a smoke alarm started chirping (maybe due to a fault or low battery), the front desk girl was really eager to get sorted for us & came up to our level twice to diagnose which alarm was chirping.
