Hotel is very short staffed, we stayed four room nights with no house keeping until the morning we were checking out. Not to mention we were experienced one lift were always out of order and power failure.

“my wife and I always stay at Double tree, if possible, price wise, since few years ago when this hotel was our lifesaver”

There was no water for a shower in the morning. The room was a connecting room and it was so noisy. The guests next door arrived shortly after we checked in and went to sleep. We were woken up as they were laughing, yelling and banging about the room for hours. Had no sleep and no shower. Two primary reasons for getting a hotel room.
