Nice walk-in, nice studio

“Very comfortable studio in the heart of Grand Case”

This is in the heart of Grand Case, and our balcony overlooked the street but with frosted glass for some privacy. It was nice to be so close to everything and fun to be in the middle of the action. The apartment was just as advertised: studio with a comfortable bed, reasonable amount of space and adequate kitchen with good-sized fridge with built-in freezer, a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sink and some counter space. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower -- though there was no shower door, but that seems to be the way with French bathrooms. There are numerous small grocery stores nearby for light provisioning, and a large supermarket about a 10-minute drive away. As advertised there is no parking on-site, but we had a rental car for part of the visit and could always park nearby on the street. You can drive to almost anywhere on the island in a half-hour or less. There are numerous car rental options at or near the local airport, about a 20-minute walk away. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Nearby restaurants are wonderful. The best restaurants are expensive but there are decent cheaper options as well. Just a few steps from access to Grand Case beach, and the hosts provide beach chairs and umbrellas.

Location, though parking was a challenge

Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything you needed and the location was great - close to many restaurants and the beach. The owners were amazing and we tried their restaurant as well and it became our favorite on the entire island that we had to come back a second time.

Central location, modern, extremely clean, matching the description and over passing our expectations. Lots of ‘extras’ included in the package such as beach umbrella and chairs. Few steps to the beach. Fair price related to value- best in Grand Case.

“Perfect Studio in Grand Case”

Everything is new and works perfectly. The location is also perfect, just cross the street to get to the beach and there are a lot of good restaurants in the main street, including Bistro Caraibes of the same owner. The studio is near an airport, there are a few arrivals per day (4 or 5) but the acoustic inside is very good, so it was not a problem. I rent a car and I had no problem to park on street, I also felt very safe. Amaury was very kind and friendly! I certainly recommend this place!

Perfect stay and had everything we needed for a 4 day trip in St Martin. It’s best to get a car if you want to explore the island. The street had so many nice bars on the beach and the food quality is exceptional. Bistrot Cariebes which is the on-site restaurant was exceptional. Also rated #1 restaurant in all of St Martin on Trip Advisor for 5 years in a row! Thanks Amaury for the friendly and welcoming greetings.

“A great place to stay in Grand Case.”

The studio apartment was modern and fully equipped for our needs. They even had coffee, and some drinks in the fridge for our arrival. We loved the small balcony where we sat for breakfast, and for lunch when we were home. We were close to many fine restaurants and the fun lolo barbecue ones. There was a bakery around the corner where we bought our baguette for breakfast/and or lunch. We felt safe.
