“Scam alert”
Despite of the confirmed booking, the guest house said that they have overbooking and they can’t check me in few hours before checkin. They asked me to go to their sister guesthouse (Yvon's Tropical Villa ) in the same money. However, Yvon’s Tropical Villa was much cheaper on internet. Looked like it was done purposely to fulfil bookings for Yvon hotel which is not even listed on booking.com. Booking.com also did not help despite of giving them all proofs of the conversation and pricing of Yvon from internet. This guesthouse should be avoided to save yourself from last minute distress.

Absolutely amazing stay! The atmosphere was fantastic and the people working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a beautiful and spacious apartment, and for the price I paid the quality was outstanding — truly great value for money. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again! 🌴✨

“Best value for money on Praslin”
The host is very friendly. She was very flexible with our last minute requests for booking a car hire, and boat excursion. The appartement is very cleaned, well equipped. Location is right on the beach at walking distance from airport. Very convenient. Very affordable. Great value for money. We will comeback for sure. Thank you so much.

“Very nice Appartement for the price”
Very nice and helpful owners. They even Organized a rental car for us. Appartment was nice as shown in the Pictures.

This a start up business so given time I am sure the facilities will improve. For the price, compared to neighboring apartments it is very good value for money particular for solo travellers or couples. The apartment was basic, but served my needs. A mini market and restaurant is within 5 minutes walk. The beach is only 2 minutes walk (though the beach does have a lot of seaweed). The airport is only 10 minutes walk, and if using public transport, a bus stop is opposite the apartment. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful (booking.com sent me the wrong address) and resolved the problem efficiently. Overall had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to budget travellers.
