“Lovely seaside views and a comfortable place to stay in Praslin”
Great location on the shores with just a road separating the property from the sea. The first floor rooms have a superb terrace overlooking the seas and at night you can lie about and drink in the starry skies. The room is spacious and comfortable with a basic mini kitchen with oil , salt, pepper available (you can buy provisions from a nearby store (there is short steep climb involved, in case you are walking it ). There is parking available onsite. This property is on the main road circling the island side, hence convenient to get about, in case you are using the bus. A car is recommended so that you get around at your own convenience.

the accomodation was excellent, in our opinion the location was spot on as praislin island really as one road and sea splash was in the middle so perfect to visit the island. we had 5 nights and it was perfect.tbe staff at sea splash we extremely helpful and smiles were there to greet you at every opportunity.

“Great value”
Very nice owner and staff. Helped us with everything we needed, including, renting a car and ordering a taxi. Its literally in front of the water and accessible beach is 3 min away. There is parking for rented cars (which I recommend taking to explore the island). Flats are nice, clean and spacious. Bathrooms are enormous, especially showers. There is cleaning everyday. Patios are great to rest in evening with the sound of sea. Kitchen has all u need to prepare quick meal or have a tea. Wifi and AC works great. You get beach towels. As for Seychelles its very good price for the value and service u get.

“Beautiful villa with great hospitality”
Great service and venue, location requires car but it was perfect to move from there to the rest of the island. Villa was clean and the 2 hosts (a gentleman that was always available onsite and via whatsaap and the young lady were amazing).

Polite staff. A glass of good juice was given as a welcome. If we had a health problem from too much sun, we were listened to and given advice on how to act. We ordered dinner which was amazing. Thank you!

“Beautiful relaxing Stay”
Great accomodation and location. You need to rent a car to get around Praslin. La Petite is a short drive but a big hill on the way makes walking with luggage unadvisable. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped for a self catering unit compared to other self catering places we stayed at in the Seychelles. Lovely view from the balcony. Quiet. Nothing is far, Vallee de Mai is a 10 min drive, easy to get around on the island with a rental.

“we were sad to leave”
we spent one week in this beautiful , peaceful place , secluded and well decorated. the bed is comfortable, the shower and amenities great, the kitchen is big, the outdoor shower was much appreciated after the snorkeling ( unbelievable place just in front !!). the garden is full of beautiful flowers, some shadow, a lot of stars at night to be seen. Nicole provided us what we asked for and was very kind. we were in the sea view room complex, next time we ll have the Villa ! kayaks and parking available for free. we recommend a car and we suggest to have some dinner experiences: we won t never forget that tuna belly!! we slept like babies !the girls working there are the loveliest !
