This inn is located in a mountain valley between Winter Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Rustic and spacious guest rooms feature satellite TV and a launderette. “Good place for a good rest outside Granby”
The apartment was big and very comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped (at least for a proper breakfast). All the common areas looked good, it was a pity we did not have time to check them out. Even though there was a lot of people, no noise during the night. Very good for a good sleep.

“Stay somewhere else”
The TV did not work, no air conditioning, elevator very questionable, Murphy bed, doors did not latch properly, hallways dark, noisy, hair dryer did not work. Also heard other customers complaining about different issues while I was checking in. teens smoking pot in the parking lot. Security was a concern.

Fire alarm went off late at night and I called into front counter and female employee was very rude when I asked about it and she hung up on me.

Property is looking tired and dated OWNERS should lie on the room beds and look at walls and ceilings, go into bathrooms and CLOSE doors and look at huge cracks round bath and rotten bottoms of doors, bathrooms are dated. Rooms need some upgrading, wouldnt cost more than a few nights rents.
