“Great guesthouse in Tenerife”

We had a great time here, welcoming owners & great views. Facilities were clean and we felt at home.

The owner was really really nice ! I had a problem with my car and both the owner and the neighbours helped me solve it while I was away ! They were really helpful and answered quickly!

Sitting areas are great, the 1st floor balcony and rooftop is even bigger where you can have sunbathing using 2 chairs which are available over there. The kitchen is good with many fridges which is a big plus if you cook. Big bathroom.

The location was very convient, especially being so close to the airport and easy access to all other routes. I'd recommend to hire a car so you can get around easily. The owners seemed nice, though I didn't have much interaction with both, apart from Alicia, she was always very cordial and prompt to answer any questions. My room, albeit being a single room, had enough storage, windows that let alot of light which was refreshing in the mornings. The Rooftop terrace was the showstopper for me, you can relax there, read, meditate, whatever you decide, with a nice view of the sea and highway, and surprisingly, noise is never an issue.

Great overall stay, especially for the price. Alicia (the owner) was extremely friendly and informative, and gave me some great tips for things to do in the area. The room was a decent size, and clean. Although there was only one bathroom, I never had to wait for too long to use it, and the other guests were also super friendly. Only small downside would be the location. It wasn't a problem for me, since I rented a car, and there is on site parking and it's quite a short drive from the airport and a lot of beaches and popular tourist spots in the south of the island. There's also a bus station nearby, if you don't want to drive, although relying on the bus might be a little inconvenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Located very close to the airport and a good base to stay without being in a busy tourist spot. Beautiful rooftop terrace to eat meals and watch sunset and airport. Well stocked kitchen facilities, spacious bedroom with lots of storage. The host is very welcoming and friendly.

Alvaro was a very welcoming host. He took the time to give me lots of information about the public transport and some of the local history. A genuine and lovely man.

Felt like home

The hotel was close to the airport. The owner of the hotel was friendly and very helpful. It was easy and fast to contact him to get our questions answered. The place is clean and peaceful with 2 terraces, huge bathroom and well equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, blender, toaster). We asked if we could use the laundry machine and the owner provided us with washing liquids for the laundry even. The young cleaning lady was also very friendly and kept the place clean throughout our stay.

Mr. Alvaro is an excellent host, very kind and helpful. The accommodation is neat and clean with a very nice view from the balcony and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free parking is also available. It is very easy to get there by car or by bus from the airport. I highly recommend this accommodation to future guests.

The Accomodation was very good and great value for money. There is an open space kitchen and each room has a cupboard space and Fridge shelf allocated. So you can buy your food from the local shops and cook your meals. This can save you some Money, as meals could be expensive especially when visiting the beach areas. There is a lovely gentleman in the property called Alfonso who is very helpful especially if you speak Spanish. The house keeper is a lovely French lady called Soléne. She can also communicate in English which is great. She helped me a lot with the best routes to take and locations to visit. The landlady is also lovely and called Alicia. The Property has free WIFI. From the property, there is about a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. You can take the bus number 111 from there to Los Cristianos for €2.20(one way) which is not bad.(Takes about 10-15 minutes ride).If you wish to go to Costa Adeje it will cost €2.70(one way). But also keep in mind sometimes the buses are not on time. If you love walking along the beach, you can walk from Costa Adeje all the way to Los Cristianos, but it can take a good hour or a bit more if you have short legs like me😊. Oh and from the Airport, you can take a taxi to the property and it will only cost about €9. P.s: There is no Uber in Tenerife. I will share some pictures of the property below and a few of the areas I visited. In all it was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back. I really loved the property. Great Value for money.
