“Amazing Villa”

Amazing place to stay. Suitable for couple or family, more than enough space. Perfect location 7 min from airport, and really close to beaches like Los Americas, Fanabe, Los Gigantes and others. Beautiful view to ocean and mountains. Great pool with cleaning included on regular basis. Pool is not heated, but we were using it often. Comfortable bed and all the rest furniture. Nice terrace and fireplace. Really clean house and overall area. Villa was cleaned once a week and it was pleasant to get fresh sheets and towels after one week stay. Hospitality from Nil just perfect. All needed we found in the kitched and bathrooms. Even fresh fruits, wine and amazing breakfast on Saturday morning. We are really grateful Nil for all. By finishing our vacation we decided to book Villa Nancy for our next year trip.

The welcome by Nilo was exceptional - a selection of amenities was provided upon arrival immediately allowing us to start our holiday. The villa was spacious, bright, modern and comfortable - plenty of room for 2 to 4 guests. The location was great - 5 minutes from the airport (you could see but not hear the planes) and in a typical Spanish urbanisation with shops and restaurants a short hop away! I would recommend having a car though!

Everything. Inside The villa was spotlessly clean, very spacious in all rooms, and has perfect air conditioning in the bedrooms. Outside, a large pool, perfect for a cool down and swim by yourself or for your group. Another spacious area that is shaded is the patio area just outside the kitchen. This is perfect for your group to sit in the evening and relax. The mango trees provided us with more perfectly ripe mangoes than we could eat, hearing them drop throughout the day, giving us a wee buzz as we used them to make fresh cocktails. Nil, our host was very informative and helpful for anything that we needed, He also spoke perfect English and was very accommodating to our awkward flight times, which was a great help to us. All in all, it was a fantastic venue for an amazing holiday..

Very good contact with the host via WhatsApp being able to answer any question rapidly. The house was equipped with all features guaranteeing a comfortable stay. During our stay of a week, the swimming pool and garden were cleaned and maintained three times. Those moments were announced at the moment of our arrival and agreed. At one of those moments, the host brought even a small breakfast!

It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which I find very convenient! Every bedroom has its own wardrobe, so you don’t have to leave your items in suitcase. Pleasant interior, modern household appliances, good security system. Free wi-if throughout the house. I liked that you can find equipment for almost any needs, like iron, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, smart tv, juicer. There are many places to sit outside in the yard, cook something and have a meal together. You don’t have to worry about the dishes, everything’s there, even steak tongs! Some rooms have a beautiful view from the window. I also liked that at the house was all towels and even an umbrella for the beach. A very important plus is the availability of a garage and parking space, since we rented a car.

We cannot fault anything about our stay at Villa Nancy - it was first class. From our first communication with Nil, we knew we'd chosen well. His personal, friendly, and charming welcome and guided tour of his beautiful property; the lovely special touches of food and drink gifts and his availability to answer any questions we had throughout our stay, was the best experience we've ever had through Booking.com. He certainly knows how to look after his guests impeccably! We highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed!

very clean and tidy. great host who went out of his way to make our stay special. delivered breakfast twice during our stay which was very thoughtful. also when we arrived at the villa I realised I had lost my passport at the airport. our host went out of his way to drive to the airport and find it for me!!!! Thank you Nil!!!!!

“Perfect holiday choice”

Villa was spotlessly clean. Equipped with everything you need to have a great holiday. Plenty shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Best if you have a car. Lovely beaches within a few minutes drive. Nil, the host, could not have been more friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, honestly can't recommend highly enough.

The owner Nil was there to greet us on arrival. He showed us around the villa and the garden. He asked us to contact him with any problems or concerns. The villa and gardens/pool area was immaculate. It was clean and comfortable and well positioned for access to the airport. Situated in a residential area I would suggest a car in required as the nearest supermarket is around a mile away. The beach would be around a 10 minute drive away, however with the beautiful pool and garden area a beach is not necessary.
