Great location for driving all over the island, generous welcome pack of food when we arrived late in the evening, beach towels and cool bags very usefully provided, lovely roof terrace with view, comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Location is nice and quite with garage parking included. Restaurant/Bar and shops ten minutes by walk from the apartment. Large rooftop terrace with sunbeds is inlcluded - perfect for barbecue (grill + outdoor sink). Inside part is perfect too. 3 clean air conditioned rooms with TVs and large daily part. Very well equiped - Dolce gusto coffe maker, microvawe, washing machine, all the cooking ,,tools" as oil, sugar etc. Host is amazing, all the communication from begining was clear and friendly. They even arranged a birthday surprise for member of my family which was very nice. I travel about 6-8 times a year. Casa Yoel exceeded my expectations a lot, it is the best value for money you can have in Canary islands. Thanks a lot again

The property was 20 mins away by car from playa de las americas y de los cristianos which were the best. The areas was super quiet, the house was super clean and the staff was waiting us with welcome drinks and food as the flight was late and the shops were closed by that time.

Great price value ratio. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. All very clean. Extremely friendly owners. Toys, towels and parasols for the beach. The grill on the roof top terrace. Great view from the roof. Coffee machine in the kitchen and a lot of things for cooking as well. The garage so you don't have to get in a hot car.

The house is spacious, perfect for a big family like ours. the terrace is really nice, we loved having breakfast together in the mornings and even had a barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. The hosts are very helpful and the communication was very good.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with living room and kitchen. We were provided with a huge welcome pack inclusing drinks, choclates, etc. The owner was easily accessible áll the time we were there. Absolutely recommended.

The apartment is very spacious with a big terrace. Owner was so nice and helpful and prepared so many things for us. The place it’s so quiet.

Lismely and Joel are amazing hosts! From the moment of arriving to the apartment to our last day of stay there we always were feeling their support and readiness to help. The apartment is located in the area where only locals are living and it's very calm and there is no annoying noice at any time of the day. The terrace on the roof of the building is also a cool place to enjoy the scenery. We had a really lovely time there and if we have a chance to come back to Tenerife again, Lismely's and Joel's house would be the first option to stay.
