Good location

“Good location and beautiful patio”

We rented 2 apartments (2 families), both were well equipped and clean. The house is situated in a historic centre of small town, in a quiet street, with a beautiful patio. One of the bathroom was wetter, it is probably caused by the age of the house, but nothing serious. The knives in the kitchen could have been sharper. But those were the little things. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet street, convenient location if you are there to explore the island and your destination varies each day. Very helpful host. Good kitchen. Great sunrises! And of course, a flavour of the original Spanish house with a patio and a terrace! Also, we didn't experience problems with parking, as it was at other places in Tenerife. The apartment doesn't have designated parking place, but all the days there was some places in the street nearby.

It was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Good location near bus station. Beautiful beaches and scenic views. Beautiful hot weather for February. Maim attractions for me were Loro Parque, Jungle Park, and Camel Park. Renato was very helpful and accommodating.

“An ideal base for hiking in or visiting Teide national park”

This traditional Canarian house is very quiet and is an excellent base for hiking in or visiting Teide national park. The town is about 30 minutes from Playa de las Américas, but it is a world away - it feels like an authentic Tenerife experience. The house has an outside patio area and the kitchen has a hob, fridge, pots, etc. for self-catering. A large Mercadona supermarket, which is open from 9am until 9:30pm Monday - Saturday, is about 1km away. In January 2023, I took a taxi from Tenerife Sur Airport to the house and it cost about €20. Renato manages the property and he is extremely helpful. He gave me directions to the supermarket, recommended restaurants, advised about bus timetables, etc. He told me that I could contact him throughout my stay if I had any questions and when my plans changed suddenly (on a busy public holiday) Renato was extremely understanding and accommodating.

Location and service

“Ok for a couple of days, not sure I'd like it for longer”

Very quiet area. Comfortable beds and sofa. Indications were easy to follow. The air-con machine is a heat pump.

The room was spacious. Washing machine. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever stayed in many places in the Canary Islands. There was enough hot water. There were many utensils for cooking.

The inner house is comfortable and the outdoor patio is perfect to relax! Renato was a great host, good comunication and he was ready to help us in many circumstances. In your trip you must go to his Pizzeria at Medano. We will surely come back to this place the next time.

“Very comfortable apartment”

Comfortable, modern apartment in a nice location. Near to supermarket, bus terminal and gas station. Very clean and great facilities. The host was very friendly and helpful, both with arrival time and tips around the town. Only stayed for a short while so barely got to use the amenities, but definitely a nice spot to start trips from.

“Great accommodation in a quieter town.”

The accommodation was great, well equipped and comfortable. The views over the mountain from our unit were fantastic. Although it was a little early in the year for us to make use of it the courtyard area looked inviting and we would have used it later in the year when the days were warmer and longer.
