I like the host first of all . She is very welcoming and kind. Amazing experience throughout check in and check out. It’s a very spacious apartment for a family, nice altan and surroundings . Nearby there are few good restaurants.

“Nice host, calm location”
Host Esther is friendly. She provided us with everything we needed for the baby (bed, plastic bathtub, table chair) Apartment is cosy, comfy and clean. We kept it warm at night using the AC. Location is very calm in countryside, garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and grill, we didn't use it though. We recommend, especially for the nice and friendly host!

“Disappointing.”
With a rating of 9.9 we were surprised to discover on arrival that we'd booked a tired looking apartment that is in need of a good clean and an update. The pictures we reviewed when booking gave the impression of a bright, interesting, clean environment. We found that in reality it was quite the contrary. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked with the slightest movement. A yapping dog greets you whenever you enter or leave - perhaps not an issue for some. The pool needs a clean as the bottom was clearly splattered with dirt. The directions to the property led us to a completely different location and when we did eventually find the property, getting in was not straightforward. The property was not for us and we stayed one night of our six booked.

The property is very nice and in a quiet area. Perfect for us, as we wanted to be away from the busy and touristic areas, but at the same time able to easily drive to all the places we wanted to see. The description of the place is very accurate, and the host is great. To give an idea, we forgot a necklace in the flat and Esther mail it to us in the UK without any issue. It is always great to find hosts like Esther who really look after the guests. Compare to other places we have seen in Tenerife, this is a very good place where to stop for a few days. We will surely stop here again the next time we will be in Tenerife.
