Location is great! really in the center surrounded by nice bars, restaurants and local sights/landmarks to go check out. The people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful as well. The apartment itself was nice and cozy, everything was super clean and came with all the amenities you would need.

The location was great and provided an easy walk to all the old town and places we were keen to visit. Staff were welcoming and the room was a great size and comfortable.

Location was perfect, right in the city center so everything is walking distance. The possibility to park on premise is a luxury. The staff was very friendly and everthing was as expected.

Everything - very central, on the pedestrian area with a parking from the property. We left the car and walked for three days. Apartment was very cosy, perfectly equipped with what needed. Big bathroom, main room and living room. We ate at home a couple of times. We recommend a table cloth or underplates - for the rest all good

“Racism and unfair treatment at reception”

This is the first time I have experienced anything like this. I have been using Booking.com since 2007, and I have never had to write a complaint of this nature before: During our stay, my wife experienced discrimination at check-in because she wears a hijab. We arrived having already paid for the room in advance. While I was parking the car, I left my wife to complete the check-in. The male receptionist repeatedly delayed her check-in and prioritised other guests who arrived after us, processing and allocating rooms to several of them first. My wife was left waiting for a long time, alone with our one-year-old baby, which caused her significant stress. The way she was treated by this person was upsetting and unacceptable. We would appreciate the hotel taking this seriously, reviewing the check-in process/CCTV if available, and ensuring staff receive appropriate training so that all guests are treated equally and respectfully.
