The apartment was very well located at the foot of the Albaicin.The host was responsive on Whatsapp and provided good check-in instructions.

Great location in a lively street with shops and restaurants. The accomodation had all we needed for our stay and was spacious and clean. Host responded quickly to questions we had.

“Great place close to city center and restaurants”

The location is great — just a short walk from the city center and major tourist attractions. While the street outside can be a bit noisy, the apartment itself is well insulated, so you don't notice the noise once inside. The space is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Joaquin is a wonderful host — thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

The appartement was spacious and above a small busy street with tea houses, schops and restaurants. So the city centre is where you are at.

The host, Joachim, was so helpful and friendly. The apartment is in the Arabic area, on a very small and vivid street full of small stores and restaurants. Still, it is quiet. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Joachim!

Location of apartment right in the city center. Apartment was clean and spacious. Quick, clear and helpful communication with host via Whats up. There is also possibility to leave your car at private parking spot in underground garage just few minutes away from apartment.

Joaquin and his partner were very cooperative! They contacted us a day before checking in. Early check-in was no problem for them. They organised a second copy of the keys as we were 4 people and there is a key-box, but they were very quick to fulfil our wishes! Detailed information about Granada were sent to us and were very helpful! Apartment was provided with everything we needed, even first aid kit and divers cables to connect our devices to the tv! LOCATION is best of the best, TOP! Near to everything in the city and also to the historic palace of Alhambra. Thanks for both of you, Joaquin!!

Excellent location in the heart of the ‘old Arab quarter’. Apartment is large and had all necessary facilities for a short stay. The host, who is very friendly, met us when we arrived and put a lot of effort into explaining the features of the apartment; he also provided us with a very informative guide to Granada. Best of all, he provided expert guidance getting our hire car into the nearby public carpark! Apartment block is quiet and, unlike Seville, the neighbourhood is very quite after sunset.
