We stayed in Room 405 which was nicely remodelled. Comfortable beds and oversized pillows. Mini-fridge, kettle, hair dryer. Perfect location for exploring the city. Lots of choices for food nearby. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Handy central location. Close to bus stops for C31 and C32 buses for Alhambra and other attractions.

The hotel is a perfect place to explore the city with tranquility. The location is superb, the staff is extremely helpful (especially Eduardo), the room is clean with additional pillows provided.

Great location, superb staff. Lovely breakfast. Big room, comfy bed and lovely shower room. Toni in reception was fantastic, helped us with everything we needed, including getting our bus tickets to Seville.

perfect central location though could get noisy on the front rooms - rooms are ok, on the smaller side and maybe could do with some updating - breakfast is ok and there could be room for improvement in selection

Fantastic location on a pedestrian only tapas s oriented street right in the center of town. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were outstanding.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the historical center. It is better to get to the bus or train station by public transport, but it is easy. There are many restaurants on the street where the hotel is located (which is practical) and the windows have good soundproofing, so the street noise did not bother us. The breakfast was delicious - I enjoyed it a lot. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was good with a really nice and big bathroom. The bed was ok for me, but my friend was not very happy. So it depends on the people.
